CHAUVINISM

We look for equality

We consider that chauvinism is a very controversial subject that affects all ages, cultures, sexes and opinion. There has lately been a lot of struggle through social media that has helped to visualize this problem. However, there are still people who use social media in a wrong way and use them as a weapon to generate rejection to the evolution of women to find they equality. Things that did not come to everyone now we are able to read them everyday. Things that are changing our vision and help to see the real problem.

What do we like to achieve? A belief that men show that they are no more intelligent or superior than women.

First we need to change our minds and then accept that our opinions could hurt somebody, there are so many jokes about it and we only look for equality and respect. Everybody should avoid our mind revolving around them as they are not a real thing. Why does a woman have to dedicate her day to clean at home? Or is it tourism when she is out of the kitchen? Reading this is a bit ridiculous but there are too many jokes that say similar things.

we can see what we can do not to support these jokes.

Q: Is Google male or female?

A: Female, because it doesn't let you finish a sentence before making a suggestion.

A man asks, “God, why did you make woman so beautiful?” God responded,

”So you would love her.” The man asks, “But God, why did you make her so dumb?” God replied, “So she would love you.”

This pictures are from Lola Vendetta  a page created by Raquel Riba Rossy bassed on her book, she is a woman that do ilustrations to support the struggle

Things like this are seen in social media each day. Why shouldn't women have human rights? why shouldn't women vote? or shouldn't work? do they need to know their place? Why does someone need to put this on the internet? We need more respect. Now with the extended use of the Internet we are so lucky because we can see people who want to emphasize the extent of global gender inequality like UN Women–an arm of the U.N. that focuses on women’s issues–has created a powerful advertising campaign that uses data collected from Google on the most popular search terms. As it turns out, the most popular Google queries are indicative of entrenched sexist attitudes that still persist today. This was in 2013 but we can see examples like this nowadays that they are revolutionizing the social networks
